Based on your specific needs related to product segment, commodities, part complexity, quality, volume, seasonality and other requirements etc.,  we will provide supply base research & evaluation with a comprehensive report of our recommendations.

We work with you on RFI, RFQ, Quote analysis and work on Business case, ensuring that you get prices based on Indian cost structures. We will ensure that the supplier understands the requirements and quotes are provided to meet all the specifications and other requirements like warehousing, returnable packaging, JIT supply etc. We will also support you in development of India sourcing strategy (short, mid, and long term) 

Once Suppliers and the parts are finalized for development, we will support in defining project plan to meet your requirements and monitor for timely execution. We will also get involved in actual development process to ensure timely, “First time Right” product development, qualifying all your quality requirements.

We will also work with you and Supplier in establishing total door to door supply chain, including Packaging, Warehousing etc.

 We will work as boots on the ground and providing you support in day to day supply management.
